A cheap reader pulls a generic code and stops there. We read every module, interpret manufacturer-specific codes and analyse live data while the engine runs — which is how you find the actual cause instead of just the symptom.
Will you tell me exactly what's wrong?
We'll tell you what the data shows and what the most likely cause is, in plain English. Some faults are conclusive on the spot; others need a short period of live monitoring. Either way you'll leave knowing your next step.
Do I pay for diagnostics on top of the repair?
If you go ahead with work we carry out as a result, we credit the diagnostic fee against that job wherever possible. We'll confirm this when you book.
Can you diagnose a car that won't start?
Often yes — we can read modules and check live data on most vehicles even when they won't run. We'll let you know when you call whether your situation is something we can help with on-site.
